The education system is increasingly oriented towards the integral development of people, based on key competences to a level that equips them for adult life. Therefore, it is not only growing intellectually, but also educate them as human beings. The symposium presents several programs focus on the development of these core competencies and how this complement the academic curriculum, which allow preteenagers and adolescents to face the demands of their evolutionary stage. It is important to highlight the importance of enhancing the emotional competencies of teachers. In this way their psychological well-being can be increased, and offer them resources for the emotional development in their students. The "Emotional education program for teachers: feeling to transmit" is presented. Three programs on the development of competences in adolescents are presented. Adolescents go through an evolutionary stage in which their well-being may be adversely affected. For this, FORTIUS Program promotes the development of psychological strength, prevent emotional difficulties, and solve personal problems. FORTIUS Program integrates the approach of positive psychology and clinical psychology. Currently, social networks and the internet require more attention from professionals to help adolescents to make good use of them. In this sense, "Preventive Intervention on Social Networks and Internet (PIP-RSI)" aims to help parents, educators, and students to develop preventive strategies and guidelines for action in their management. Moving forward in the good use of online tools, the video game called "Cybereduca cooperativo 2.0" is presented.
