Beyond Conventional Tests and Interventions: Assessing, Understanding, and Training the Brain with Technology

The presentation, “Beyond Conventional Tests and Interventions: Assessing, Understanding, and Training the Brain with Technology,” addresses current challenges in the assessment and treatment of neuropsychological disorders, highlighting the complexity and subjectivity of ADHD diagnosis, anxiety as an underlying factor that silently impacts mental health, and cognitive decline in prematurely aging populations. In a context where technologies are transforming clinical practice, this presentation explores the potential of innovative tools for effective integration into assessment and intervention. Technologies such as the MOXO test, which offers an objective diagnosis of ADHD, neurofeedback, which allows direct intervention in neuronal activity, and Cognishine, a solution for daily practice and cognitive training for patients, will be discussed. These tools represent a step toward more precise, personalized, and accessible approaches, redefining the clinician’s role in understanding and training the brain.
